My vision is to offer a gentle path for those navigating midlife and beyond, to soften stress, find inner peace and live with more balance and flow in our fast-paced world.
My work comes from the heart, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to slow down, breath deeply and reconnect with yourself in mind, body and spirit, wherever you may be on your journey.

In-person and online classes
All my classes both online and in person; they are designed to create a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Through slow, steady movement and simple transitions, I create a space for you to soften, breath and reconnect with your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul. A gentle, mindful practice for beginners to intermediate, for those returning to yoga or for anyone seeking a gentle, more mindful practice.
