“Going to Sharlene’s weekly yoga classes has made such a
difference to my life. I used to think I was never good at yoga and that I was to impatient (thinking I could’t possibly be able to do yoga for more than 10 minutes!) but now I could not imagine my life without it!
I cannot recommend yoga with Sharlene enough, whether this is your first time trying yoga or weather you’ve done yoga for years, I’ve tried different types of yoga however Sharlene’s way of teaching is unique, and I look forward to every session.
I also run frequently and have in the past had some injuries.
Sharlene asks the class at the start every session if anybody has injuries/concerns and will adjust the session if needed for the individual- I ‘ve definitely noticed a difference in how my body feels after and it has definitely helped accompany my running!
I’ve also noticed a big improvement in my posture and in those who practice with me. I can have a really stressful day and as soon as I walk into that room, I feel I can leave all my worries behind, I feel so calm in and after our session and all that’s down to you Sharlene, so thank you.
